DALLAS - Local renaissance woman (writer, actor, filmmaker) Sequoia Houston not only shows love and support for local film makers, but she is making her mark as one as well. "What Things May Come" premiered on May 28th and has created a Facebook buzz. 
Ms. Houston took a moment from her serious schedule to chat a bit about the film.
Tell me a little about the film.
After her world is turned upside down by her husband's betrayal, Deborah is faced with a dilemma. Should she follow her heart and give Donnovan a chance or should she follow her head and ignore his advances? Her decision becomes even more complicated when she learns a shocking secret.
Did you write it?
I wrote, directed and with the help of my United Voices Dramaworks team, produced it.
What and who were your influences or inspirations?
As far as influences and aspirations....I really just want to tell good stories. I want to tell stories that are authentic and that could truly happen. I want to tell stories that move and inspire people.
